Corruption Condolences.!

What if all people write a condolence letter to politicians of respective state and donate RS.1 for their family financial status to be worse that's why they have a serious situation to steel it from their own nation like a middle class men would break the saving pot for extra money at the time of contingency..! Will that work to stop them from corrupting us their by our nation???
